about temperatures waking up to 49 degrees in santa rosa, and 50 degrees in napa and we head 20 concord, warmer at 53 so more chilly than yesterday. we are looking at gusty conditions up to 30 miles per hour in napa and 32 in oakland and 17 in san carlos, and 12 miles per hour wind in san jose. the winds will diminish overnight and that is when the cold air mass will settle in over san francisco and the bay area. that is going to bring the temperatures down severely. a doze watch is in -- a freeze watch is in effect tonight and thursday bringing temperatures down 10- to 15-degrees. headed interest friday we have the possibility of rain, as well, with the full seven-day forecast coming up in a little bit but right now we will talk about an accident that happened in san jose. it is blocking one lane not sure if there are injuries reported but if you are traveling along southbound 680, on the off-ramp, you could find this and with one lane blocked it could slow traffic down. so far, so go, for delays and the nimitz and 880 is running fine. we have this construction project northbound 680 o

overnight low temperatures. current numbers 49 right now in napa. the north bay will see temperatures tomorrow morning just before sun rise that will be down into the upper 20s and low 30s. frost in lots of plaices. below freezing temperatures in lots of places tonight, especially in the north bay. yesterday's temperatures and today's temperatures, that front went through. separates the warm air from the cold air. now we are in the old air sector of that front. just happens to be very cold. kind of continental cold air that's going to settle in. stick around for awhile. it will drop temperatures in the north bay to the freeze warning level in the north bay. for the rest of the bay area, excluding san francisco, as we go into wednesday night and thursday morning. so, a very cool period coming up. it's not going to warm up any time soon. overnight lows for tomorrow morning. 28 in santa rosa. 29 in fairfield. these numbers could dip even further out in the valley. upper 20s, low 30s. oakland 39 degrees. not 28, but 39 degrees in an urban area is a big deal. you have lots of issues when

this morning. let's look at some of the worst chill that we did have. that was here in napa with just a wind five to ten miles per hour and made temperatures feel like 24 degrees this morning. definitely some of the coldest weather we have been mentioning in nine months. let's take you outside right now and unbelievable. what we're dealing with for these averages in the north bay. right now 38 degrees and san francisco 49 and also the peninsula at 47. let's take you into san francisco and we'll be near record-setting lows and 37 degrees expected with clear skies and by 1:00 p.m. and temperatures at 51 degrees. get some warming in there but jacket weather, again, for tomorrow. you'll also see here across the peninsula, a colder start for you, as well. temperatures near 30 degrees across palo alto. so, hopefully, you've got some sort of great deal on a jacket on black friday because you're going to need it. freeze warning the next 24 hours. we have now extended this here to the east bay and also for the south bay so this means for you temperatures will also range 25 to 36 degrees as we continu
